Job description

Food Technology Teacher - 10 weeks of supply work

Location: Bradford (BD9 postcode)

Contract: Temporary

Pay: GBP130-GBP190 per day (DOE)

Start Date: As soon as possible


Role Overview: As a Food Technology Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, covering lessons in Food Technology. Your ability to adapt teaching styles, encourage creative thinking, and support every student's learning journey will be at the core of this role.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and deliver high-quality Food Technology lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
  2. Assess, monitor, and report on student progress.
  3. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  4. Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities.

What We're Looking For:
  1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  2. Experience teaching Food Technology to KS3 and KS4 students.
