Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: MPS1 (ECT Scale)

Food Technology ECT required to join a thriving and well-equipped Design & Technology faculty.
Teach Food Preparation and Nutrition from KS3 to GCSE, fostering practical skills and healthy eating habits.
Contribute to extra-curricular clubs and community food projects.

We are searching for a passionate and innovative Food Technology ECT to inspire students through practical lessons that combine creativity, nutrition, and design. You will join a forward-thinking department equipped with modern kitchens and technology.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent in Food Technology, Nutrition, or related field

  • PGCE or equivalent with QTS by July 2025

  • Ability to deliver engaging, hands-on lessons covering practical and theoretical content

  • Commitment to encouraging healthy lifestyles and sustainability

  • Eligible to work in the UK
