A leading educational institution in Willerby is seeking a highly motivated Food Technician to join their supportive Food Technology team. Responsibilities include preparing ingredients for lessons, maintaining hygiene standards, and assisting with practical activities. The ideal candidate should have strong organisational skills, a good understanding of Health & Safety regulations, and the ability to work independently. This is a permanent part-time position offering a competitive salary.
Salary: Grade 3 Point 3-5 (£8,696 - £8,972 actual salary per annum)

We are seeking a highly motivated and effective Food Technician to join our thriving and supportive Food Technology team.
As a Food Technician, your responsibilities will include preparing ingredients and equipment for lessons, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, assisting with practical activities, managing resources, stock management, and ordering ingredients for students.
The ideal candidate should possess strong organisational and communication skills, the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a good understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
