The role demands strong communication and multitasking skills to handle complex supply chain operations and drive continuous improvement. If you're detail-oriented and committed, this opportunity at Harrods could be your next career step.
As a Food Supply Coordinator, you will be responsible for effectively managing food product availability across Harrods Food Halls (including airport and online locations), restaurants, and kitchens. You will ensure the right stock is in the right place at the right time. Success in this role will rely on maximising depot, shelf, and kitchen availability, while managing waste, creating and maintaining product-level forecasts, and driving supplier performance to meet supply chain targets.
About You
In this role, you will support the smooth operation of the supply process by managing invoice queries, resolving shipment issues, and processing orders efficiently. You will work closely with Supply Coordinators and Assistant Managers to ensure that supplier performance is accurately reported and that all tasks are completed within agreed service level agreements (SLAs). Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will be critical in meeting deadlines, minimizing backlogs, and maintaining high standards of service.
Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.
Please see our Hybrid@Harrods policy on our Career Site for more information or speak to a member of our Talent Acquisition team if you have any questions regarding the requirements for this role.
