Key Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage the full supply chain for key food clients in a multi modal environment.
• Executing operational bookings efficiently and professionally using our Best in Class approach.
• Ensure full Customs declarations & management of DDP requirements are delivered, including handling of VET certificates and dealing with clearance agent at destination.
• Keep key food client up to date throughout which can include multiple updates throughout each day.
• Issuing monthly invoices and back-up reports.
• Complete other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested.
• Always represent and act in the best interest of the company, the shareholders and the employees
• Work in accordance with the company values to maintain a positive environment with all teams across all departments.

Experience:

• Have a comprehensive understanding and working knowledge of client and operational requirements to ensure service excellence standards are met and exceeded.
• Knowledge of the Food industry.
• Experience with Cargowise is desirable, although not essential.
• Strong multimodal experience – ocean imports/exports, air freight & road freight.
