You’ll Help Us Make Health Happen By:

• Providing excellent customer service to all our residents
• Ensuring high quality food presentation at all times
• Serving meals and drinks to residents in the dining areas and to their rooms
• Cleaning the dining area to keep it tidy and presentable
• Serving refreshments outside of meal times to residents, relatives, and visitors as required

Key Skills / Qualifications Needed:

Experience in a customer-facing environment with a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate. You aim to deliver excellent service to make our residents feel at home. You understand the importance of maintaining high standards and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. You are comfortable communicating with others, always willing to help the team, and cherish moments with residents.
