Job Summary

Summary: Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, and cutting fruits and vegetables.
  2. Weigh and measure ingredients.
  3. Transport food to and from work stations, adhering to safety standards.
  4. Store food properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
  5. Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
  6. Distribute supplies and utensils.
  7. Use approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and proper serving temperatures.
  8. Serve customers courteously and efficiently.
  9. Address customer concerns and report to supervisors.
  10. Ensure compliance with service standards, inventory, and safety regulations.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.
