Your Key Responsibilities

• Preparing delicious food to high standards
• Managing culinary and catering teams to ensure excellent food and service
• Overseeing operations, including business reports, budgets, and action plans
• Communicating with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
• Supporting and training teams to excel in their roles
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards for compliance
