Food Service Assistant – Term Time Only

Location: Private Prep School

Hours: 30 hours per week (08:30 – 14:30, Monday to Friday)

Contract: Term Time Only (approx. 36 weeks per year)

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Food Service Assistant to join our catering team at a well-regarded private prep school with 550 pupils and 75 staff.

About the Role:

You’ll be part of a supportive and welcoming team, helping to deliver high-quality food service in a busy school environment. Your duties will include:

  • Assisting with basic food preparation
  • Serving meals to pupils and staff
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas
