Responsibilities

• Preparing food service counters and coffee stations ready for service
• Producing hot and cold drinks to brand standards
• Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Operating tills, handling cash and processing payments accurately
• Assisting with stock replenishment and stock checks
• Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
• Completing temperature checks and food safety records
• Washing up and supporting kitchen operations as required
• Ensuring all dining, serving and preparation areas are clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working as part of a team to deliver an excellent customer experience
