We know it’s the little things that make a real difference, and believe in the power of hearts and minds to create real, lasting change. Its work you can feel good about.

Our Food Services Attendants contribute to the preparation, presentation and delivery of food and refreshments to the residents of our home. You will get to showcase your time management and customer service skills in this fast paced role. During your day you will get to engage in meaningful conversations with the residents, giving you a sense of purpose in the work that you do.

Working within a supportive and dynamic team, you will be provided with a challenging and diverse work environment, as well as an opportunity for you to contribute and make a real difference to the residential aged care community.

A day in the life of a Food Services Attendant may see you:

  • Preparing food for our residents
  • Serving meals to residents
  • Delivery of morning and afternoon tea to our residents and their visitors
  • Cleaning and general hospitality services
  • Deliver excellent customer service in all that you do
  • What we look for:
  • Hospitality and/or working with food experience; or the willingness and motivation to learn
  • Current food handling certificate (desirable)
  • Experience within aged care would be advantageous
