The HICA Group is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Kitchen (Food Services) Assistant to join our team at Albemarle in Hedon. If you are passionate about food, enjoy working with people, and want to make a difference, we would love to hear from you.

Pay & Hours:

• £12.22 per hour
• 24 hours per week
• Shift pattern – rota covering 7 days per week, including every other weekend

The Role:

• Prepare and serve food and drinks to Service Users
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen
• Consider specific needs and preferences of Service Users
• Store and order cleaning supplies safely
• Use a person-centred approach during meal times

About You:

• Working towards or holds a relevant NVQ Basic Food Hygiene qualification
• Previous kitchen experience
• Knowledge of dietary needs
• Understanding of challenging behaviours
• Good communication and organisational skills
