ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Food Services Assistant, you’ll be working in one of our stunning Partnership hotels and supporting the profitable running of the catering operation there. You'll be working alongside a dedicated team of hospitality professionals to deliver a first-class guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Showing flexibility to work in different areas of the hotel when needed. Always ready to lend a hand to your fellow team members and ensure the smooth running of the hotel.
2. Adhering to the highest standards of health and safety to ensure a safe working environment for both fellow Partners and guests.
3. Using your excellent organisational skills to prioritise tasks.
4. Interacting with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner and sharing your passion for good food and drink.

Essential skills/experience you'll need

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Great customer service skills
• Good organisational skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and find solutions quickly when issues arise

Desirable skills/experience you may have

• Previous experience in a hospitality environment

Additional Details

Closing Date: June 16, 2025

Pay: £12.40 Hourly

Contract Type: Temporary

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week. Earliest start time 7am, latest finish time 11pm. Live In, single room, shared bathroom, access to shared kitchen, all meals included. Live In cost is to be confirmed.
