Sodexo in Odiham is seeking a friendly Food Service Assistant to join our catering team. You will support delivery of high-quality catering services, assist with food preparation, service, till operation and keeping areas clean and safe.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food is stored, prepared and served at the correct temperatures.
• Maintain correct portion control and high standards of food presentation.
• Keep catering and service areas clean, tidy and well stocked.
• Support opening and closing procedures, including security requirements.
• Monitor stock, supplies, waste and equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
• Follow company, client and legislative food safety and health & safety requirements.
• Attend team meetings, briefings and required training.
• Build positive relationships with customers, colleagues and the client.
