Job summary

Aramark UK is recruiting for a Food Service Assistant to join our team at Torbay hospital in Kingkerswell. This role involves serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding high standards of personal hygiene and customer service.

A supportive training environment and progression opportunities are available within a company that promotes from within. Applicants with catering experience and a strong team ethos are preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Service of food and/or beverages to customers to the standards set by Aramark.
• Cleaning duties associated with service and related equipment and/or furniture.
• Preparation of service area and/or service points.
• Correct storage of food items and equipment after service.
• Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform to company regulations.
• To always present an image conducive to good customer relations.
• Comply with health and safety policy and equal opportunity policy.
