Job summary

Holroyd Howe in Cambridge is seeking a dedicated kitchen team member to support chefs, help prepare and present meals, and ensure high standards. You will work to create a positive, well-organised kitchen environment, follow health and safety rules, and assist with events and daily service.

Ideal candidates show enthusiasm for food, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, flexible attitude while delivering excellent customer service and teamwork within a leading contract catering team.

Responsibilities and duties

• Assist the Chefs in all aspects of food preparation, production, and service.
• Ensure the quality and presentation of all dishes meet the company's standards and client expectations.
• Collaborate with the catering team to execute special events, themed dinners, and other culinary initiatives., We invest in the training and development of our teams to give them the appropriate skills necessary to thrive in their job roles. We have outstanding teams of experienced professionals who tailor our catering service provision specifically to suit children, of all ages, meeting the bespoke requirements of our clients. As well as having an excellent presentation, organisational and communication skills, you will be able to demonstrate a real passion for food & service and possess bags of enthusiasm., Ideally have food production experience working within Education catering
