Job Title: Food Service Assistant

We are recruiting a Food Service Assistant for our team at BP NSHQ, Aberdeen, AB21 7PB.

What you’ll be doing

• Serving food and beverages, following brand standards and answering customer questions
• Performing basic cold food preparations and made-to-order services, including deli and live action stations
• Taking payments and maintaining financial records
• Restocking goods and ensuring attractive merchandise displays
• Cleaning back-of-house areas, crockery, and equipment as trained
• Maintaining cleanliness of counters, equipment, vending machines, and public areas
• Keeping records as required
• Following food hygiene and safety procedures
• Undertaking relevant training; barista training may be required for some roles

Experience

• No prior experience necessary; 1-2 years in food services or retail preferred
• Proficiency in PC skills, including Word and Excel, and confidence in using food production systems
