Job summary

You will gain hands-on kitchen experience, assist with HACCP management, and contribute to maintaining BRC AA+ compliance while ensuring packaging information meets legal requirements. The role involves cross-functional collaboration to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Working towards a Food Science or Technology Degree (or similar).

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in the kitchen with the technical team to ensure quality.
• Assist with HACCP plan management.
• Support auditing to maintain BRC AA+ food safety standards.
• Ensure packs contain information compliant with legislation.
• Assist in validating critical control points and handling customer complaints.
• Support Raw Material team evaluating new ingredients and suppliers.
• Collaborate across departments on quality improvement projects.
