Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face

  • Deliver accurate product information and resolve queries effectively

Order Handling

  • Process sales orders through various channels with accuracy

  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications to support fulfilment

Administrative Tasks

  • Update pricing files, manage invoicing, and maintain customer data

  • Prepare reports and assist with day-to-day office operations

Sales Support

  • Coordinate sample dispatch, order confirmations, and promotional materials

  • Support the sales team with planning, reporting, and documentation

Data Monitoring

  • Assist with reviewing sales performance and highlighting key trends

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in a sales admin or support role, ideally within food or FMCG

  • Strong Microsoft Office and general administrative skills
