Job summary

Morrisons Manufacturing is seeking a proactive Technical/Quality team member to monitor and audit production processes at our site. You will communicate conformity issues, support root cause investigations, and help ensure readiness for external accreditations such as BRC and Morrisons standards.

With a keen eye for detail and strong teamwork, you will contribute to safe, compliant production and assist during new product launches, maintaining high quality across all lines.

Qualifications

• Food experience in a technical or similar role.
• A HACCP or food safety qualification preferred.
• Strong communication and proactive attitude.
• Good PC skills, especially Google.
• Ability to support accreditation (BRC and Morrisons standards).

Responsibilities

• Monitor, control and audit the production process.
• Ensure conformity and non-conformity are communicated, followed up and closed off.
• Investigate food safety incidents using root cause analysis.
• Support site management during external accreditation such as BRC and Morrisons manufacturing standards.
• Ensure site production is supported during launches of new product lines.
