Job summary

Dunbia Group is seeking a Food Safety & Quality Compliance Technologist to coordinate, administer and report on its product and environmental analytical testing, verification and validation programmes.

Working under the Food Safety & Quality Compliance Manager, you will ensure testing schedules meet legislation, industry standards and customer guidelines while supporting the team with data collection and system administration.

Qualifications

• Coordinate sampling schedules and ensure communication of requirements to site teams.
• Register samples with third-party laboratories using cloud-based systems.
• Review and update price sheets with attention to detail.
• Daily review of laboratory results and trend analysis for reporting to management.
• Maintain calibration schedules for site equipment and liaise with manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, administer and report on analytical testing programmes for product and environment.
• Trend testing results to support site KPIs and management decisions.
• Coordinate verification and validation processes for microbiological, chemistry and hygiene testing.
• Liaise with cross-departmental teams to keep price sheets accurate and up to date.
• Support audits and regulatory/compliance activities on site.
