An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Food Safety Officer to join our professional and friendly Environmental Health team based in Irvine, covering the whole area including the scenic islands of Arran and Cumbrae. You must be an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, willing to help deliver a high-quality service to the public, the business community, and external organizations. Your main duties will involve Food Law inspections, complaint and infectious disease investigations, and food sampling. Experience in food law enforcement is preferred, but consideration will be given to recently qualified officers. Salary will depend on experience.
