Zusammenfassung

Pasta Evangelists is seeking a Food Safety Executive to safeguard the safety of our staff and customers across our kitchens and restaurants. You will provide expert advice, conduct audits, and coach teams on health, safety and HACCP processes.

Working with the Quality and Safety Director, you’ll design quarterly safety audits, investigate incidents, manage enforcement communications, and support third-party suppliers.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in food safety roles within QSR/fast-casual environments.
• Auditing sites, coaching and staff training experience.
• Knowledge of HACCP documentation and allergen controls.
• Experience dealing with EHO inspections.
• Ability to run food safety training for large teams.
• Experience with pest control and other hazards.

Aufgaben

• Provide expert advice to Takeaway team, supporting audits, investigations and issue resolution.
• Conduct regular internal audits and EHO liaison across sites, providing coaching and training.
• Train and support new team members on Health and Food Safety processes and risk assessments.
• Design quarterly Safety Audits with the Quality and Safety Director based on data, season and trends, ensuring all sites are audited quarterly.
• Submit reports after visits and coaching sessions.
• Assist the Quality and Safety Director in investigating alleged Food Poisoning, accidents or foreign body incidents and report recommendations.
• Help manage enforcement correspondence with third party suppliers in a timely, professional manner.
• Support meetings with suppliers such as chemical, pest control, etc.
