A leading global food company located in St. Austell seeks a Food Safety Auditor for its Cornwall site. The candidate will conduct inspections, manage quality assurance tasks, and collaborate closely with the production team to maintain high food safety standards. This factory-based position requires strong communication skills and experience in food safety, with a work schedule of Monday to Friday from 05:00 to 14:30.

There is an exciting opportunity to join the food safety team here at our Cornwall site near Bugle. Our site debones, cures and smokes pork legs which requires the very highest levels of hygiene and safety standards.
Working within a small team, quality and food safety is our focus. This factory-based role requires you to work closely with the production team on the factory floor to ensure compliance with site procedures, policies, and customer requirements.
Hours of work are Monday – Friday, 05:00 to 14:30, 42 hrs per week. Shift patterns may differ during initial training. Occasional weekends will be required during peak periods.
