Job Opportunity

There is an exciting opportunity to join the food safety team here at our Cornwall site near Bugle. Our site debones, cures and smokes pork legs which requires the very highest levels of hygiene and safety standards.

Working within a small team, quality and food safety is our focus. This factory-based role requires you to work closely with the production team on the factory floor to ensure compliance with site procedures, policies, and customer requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Factory food quality Inspections and verification of factory records
  • Calibration of equipment
  • Swab and sample collection including registration
  • Factory GMP and internal audits
  • Incident management including complaint investigations
  • Project work where requested
  • Any other general related task for the team
  • Assisting the Compliance Manager where required
Requirements

Work Details

Hours of work are Monday – Friday, 05:00 to 14:30, 42 hrs per week. Shift patterns may differ during initial training. Occasional weekends will be required during peak periods.
