Browns Victoria is looking for a Food Runner to help keep the dining floor running smoothly in a busy shift. You’ll ensure guests are welcomed, tables are cleaned and reset, dishes cleared, and food and drinks are delivered to tables, all while supporting a fast-paced service.

Qualifications

• Hospitality oriented approach and guest-focused service.
• Strong eye for detail and tidiness during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly welcome as they enter the business.
• Clean and prepare tables before new guests arrive and after guests leave.
• Clear dishes and utensils after guests finish their meals.
• Transport food and drinks to guests at the table.
• Clear empty glasses from tables and assist as needed.
