Hunters 4 Staff are recruiting Factory Workers for a busy food manufacturing site in Uttoxeter. These immediate start roles offer long-term, permanent opportunities within a fast-paced production environment.

No previous factory experience is required as full training will be provided. If you're reliable, hardworking and looking for a stable role with regular 12-hour shifts on a 3 on/3 off rotation, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Working on a food production line ensuring products meet quality standards.
• Packing, labelling and preparing products for dispatch.
• Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and food hygiene.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.
• Supporting production targets and team objectives.
• Carrying out general factory duties as required.
