Lead, supervise, and support production operatives to meet daily output targets

Ensure consistent quality and compliance with health & safety standards

Monitor and report on line performance, productivity, and downtime

Work collaboratively with other departments to optimise processes

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a similar production or manufacturing leadership role

Strong team leadership and communication skills

A good understanding of health & safety and quality control standards

Ability to work under pressure and manage shifting priorities

Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights
