Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a small production team (4–5 staff).
• Background in food manufacturing.
• Ability to supervise stock, monitor floor, and implement improvements.
• Reference BBBH 27265.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 4–5 production operatives.
• Monitor shop floor and manage stock levels.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Rotating shifts: 5/6am–1/2pm and 1/2pm–9/10pm, Mon–Fri.
