Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group is seeking a hands-on Picker & Packer for a busy food production facility near Royston. This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. A reliable transport option is required.

You will join a busy crisp manufacturing team, working Monday to Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm, with no regular weekend work. Full training is provided, and you will be supported in a friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in food production, packing or warehouse work is beneficial but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
• Own transport and full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing finished products.
• Preparing customer orders for dispatch.
• Checking products for quality and accuracy.
• Labelling and packaging to company standards.
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness.
• Keeping the work area clean and organised.
• Following all food safety and health & safety procedures.
• Supporting the production team as required.
