Job summary

NE European Recruitment Ltd is seeking Line Operators for a busy food production factory in Middlesbrough. You will work on a production line, packing and labeling products, and follow food safety and quality procedures to meet production targets.

We offer a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity with a regular 2-2-3 shift pattern (12-hour shifts) and long-term employment prospects in a well-established production environment.

Qualifications

• Previous food production or manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Good team-working skills.
• Reliable and flexible approach to work.
• Knowledge of food safety/HACCP is an advantage.

Shift Pattern

2-2-3 shift pattern:

• 2 days on
• 2 days off
• 2 days on
• 2 days off
• 3 days on
• 3 days off

The shift pattern includes weekends on a rota.
