Job summary

Aligra is recruiting a Food Production Operative to join the team. You will work with cooked pork and chicken products in a well-established food manufacturing setting, with full training provided to start or develop your career.

Competitive weekly pay (£508-£640 for 40 hours) and flexible shifts across days, evenings, nights, and slicing shifts. Opportunities across Slicing, Packing, Hygiene, Goods In, and Cold Store, in a supportive environment focused on health and safety.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work with cooked pork and chicken products.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Previous food production experience is a bonus but not essential.
• Commitment to hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Packing finished goods while maintaining quality and hygiene standards.
• Supporting hygiene and cold store duties.
• Following health & safety protocols to keep the workplace safe.
• Working efficiently as part of a team to meet production targets.
