The RPC Group is seeking Food Production Operatives to join our on-site team in the United Kingdom. You will learn production methods and operate machinery, with training and development opportunities and regular pay reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience in food production, factory work, catering or machine operation.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Willing to work rotating day and afternoon shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and conveyor belt.
• Monitor process to guarantee product safety and quality.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment.
• Maintain records and a clean, safe workstation.
• Lift and carry up to 25kg around the production floor.
