Food Production Operatives - Immediate Start near Moreton-in-Marsh (must drive due to remote location)

Blue Arrow is recruiting Food Production Operatives for a full-time opportunity with a leading organic food producer.

Details

• Salary: £29,718 per annum (weekly pay from October 2025)
• Hours: 45/week | Mon-Fri 05:00-14:30 or 07:00-16:30 | Every 3rd Saturday

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients
• Follow recipes and food safety procedures
• Support with packaging, labelling & stock rotation
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
