The Best Connection is currently seeking Food Production Operatives for a manufacturer and distributor of plant-based products in the Bradford (BD19) area.

Shifts: 7am until finish, with the requirement to work 5 out of 7 days, including weekends.

Responsibilities of the General Operative

• Picking and distributing a variety of plants from containers into the warehouse. Items will vary in size, so the job can be labour intensive.
• Picking and packing products, loading/unloading goods, and wrapping at the end of the line.
• Relevant training may be provided to work in other areas of the warehouse if required.

Requirements of the General Operative

• Good accuracy and organisational skills.
• Ability to work towards targets.
• Heavy lifting capability.
• Due to location and shift timings, candidates may need their own transport.
