Job Description:

Connect Appointments is recruiting reliable individuals to become Part-Time Food Production Operatives with our Rosyth-based client.

What's on offer? Ongoing work with the possibility of permanent employment; paid weekly at £12.62 per hour.

Schedule: 4 hours per evening, Monday to Friday, 6pm to 10pm.

Other benefits? Subsidised canteen; casual dress code; free on-site parking; overtime readily available; 30 days annual leave (after 12 weeks); supportive training programme.

As a Production Operative, you will work on the food production line, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining quality. Your duties will include:

  • Picking and packaging customer orders
  • Ensuring loaded/unloaded items match paperwork
  • Reporting damaged/missing items to Warehouse Managers/Supervisors
  • Keeping the warehouse clean and maintaining equipment
  • Storing and distributing produced items
  • Assisting with inventory controls
  • General warehouse and labourer duties

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Previous experience in warehouse, production, manufacturing, or fast-paced environments; food processing experience is a plus
  • Good physical strength and fitness
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Organisational and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to work independently
