KPI Recruiting are proud to be supporting a prestigious client in Penrhyndeudraeth during an exciting period of growth and expansion. We are looking for motivated and reliable Food Production Operatives to join the team and help deliver high-quality products and outstanding customer service.

Role Overview

As a Food Production Operative, you will work closely with experienced team members to ensure every product meets the highest standards.

Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include
  • Checking and weighing raw materials
  • Maintaining a clean and safe production environment
  • Performing quality checks
  • Working on the production line in either the labelling or packaging department
  • Assembling, packaging, and labelling products
  • Lifting items up to 20–25kg when required
  • Following all relevant safety and quality procedures
Shift Pattern & Hours
  • Rota: 4 on / 4 off
  • Start Time: 7:00am
  • Finish Time: 7:00pm
  • Breaks: 1 hour per day (unpaid)

No previous food production experience is required – full training will be provided. We are seeking candidates who:
