This role involves a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern.

Job Opportunity: Production Operative

We are recruiting for a successful and well-established food production company based in Shoreham-by-Sea. We are looking for production operatives on a temporary basis. Experience in a production environment is preferred.

Responsibilities include:

1. Making products using cutting and mixing equipment.
2. Using trolleys to move products to different locations.
3. Handling and preparing raw ingredients on the production line.
4. Reporting faults, machinery issues, and product issues to the supervisor.
5. Cleaning equipment.
6. Quality checking of products.
7. Following all quality systems and procedures to ensure food safety standards.
8. Adhering to health and safety practices.

The working hours are on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern: 07:00-19:00 for day shifts, and 19:00-07:00 for night shifts.
