Job summary

Swift Temps Ltd in Rugby is seeking a Food Production Operative to join a busy site. The role offers Monday to Friday, 6:00am-3:00pm shifts with no weekend work and on-site parking.

You will contribute to the preparation, packing and handling of meat and poultry products in a chilled environment, with potential for permanent placement. Ideal candidates will have food production experience, understand food hygiene and safety, and work well in a team.

About the Role

We are currently recruiting Food Production Operatives to join a busy and friendly food production site based in Rugby.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for stable, Monday-to-Friday work with the potential to become permanent. No weekend work is required, and free on-site parking is available.

You will be working as part of a team involved in the preparation, packing and handling of meat and poultry products, helping to ensure products are prepared safely and efficiently.

This role is in Chilled Environment.

Your Duties

• Picking and packing meat and poultry products
• Loading and unloading produce (up to 10kg)
• Operating production machinery
• Carrying out general cleaning and hygiene duties
• Following food hygiene, health & safety and company procedures
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production requirements
