Location:

Ashington, West Sussex

Salary:

£12.36 – £14.21 per hour

Shifts:

4 on 4 off shifts: 7am – 7pm (Day) and 7pm – 7am (Night)

About the Role:

We are assisting our reputable client in Ashington, seeking Production Operatives for ongoing temporary roles.

Responsibilities:

1. Lining oven trays for baking.
2. Moving baking trays.
3. Maintaining a clean workspace.
4. Cutting baked goods and ensuring quality finishes.
5. Finishing products by hand with accuracy.
6. Dating products for dispatch.
7. Packing products for dispatch.
8. Reporting machinery faults to supervisors.

Shift Pattern:

1. 4 on / 4 off shifts
2. 12-hour shifts, 7am – 7pm

Requirements:

• Own transport required; location is not accessible by public transport.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in food production or a factory environment is advantageous but not essential.
