Job description

The Best Connection are recruiting for Food Production Operatives and Warehouse Operatives in the run up to Christmas 2025. Our long established client is looking for additional team members to assist with the seasonal peak in Bramley, Leeds.

What you'll be doing:

- Operating machinery: working on a busy production line, monitoring equipment and ensuring consistent output

- Quality control: performing checks throughout the process to guarantee all products meet the high standard set out

- Packing & Dispatch: supporting the final stages of packaging, labelling and preparation for distribution

- Industrial hygiene: strictly following all food safety (HACCP) and hygiene procedures in a large scale environment, including working in chilled or ambient sections

The flexibility:

Our client understands the need for flexibility and encourages all to apply who like to change up their weeks. No two weeks are exactly the same and if you like the flexibility of working between 1-5 shifts or more per week we would like to hear from you.

Shifts Available

• 6-2, 2-10
• 10-6 (nights) in peak
• This is a 7 day operation so you may need to work some weekends

What we need from you:

You will need to be in good physical health as the role involves a lot of movement and lifting as well as exposure to cold temperatures if working in the chilled section of the factory.

You will need to be comfortable working in a noisy environment.

We will require commitment to shifts once you have confirmed them with us. We can work with you to get the shifts that suit you best but there needs to be good and open communication to ensure we are meeting our client's needs.
