Job summary

Welsh Pantry in Llantrisant is seeking Food Production Operatives to join our production teams across packing, bakery and hygiene. You will work on fast-paced lines ensuring quality and safety.

We offer full-time hours with weekly pay and immediate starts. Shifts include rotational days/afternoons 6:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00, or permanent nights 22:00–06:00, with five shifts per week.

Overtime when available and onsite training lead to potential permanent opportunities.

Food Production Operative – Llantrisant

Pay Rate:

• £12.71 per hour (Days & Afternoons)
• £13.91 per hour (Nights)

We are currently recruiting for Food Production Operatives to join Welsh Pantry in Llantrisant. We have opportunities available across various departments, including:

• Packing
• Bakery
• Hygiene

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure full-time work with the potential of a permanent contract for the right candidates.

Shift Patterns Available

Rotational Shift Pattern (Monday to Friday)

• Week 1: 6:00am - 2:00pm
• Week 2: 2:00pm - 10:00pm

OR

Permanent Night Shift (Monday to Friday)

• 10:00pm - 6:00am

Applicants must be available to work all 5 days per week on their chosen shift pattern.
