Staffline is recruiting Food Production Operatives to work at our client's busy meat manufacturing site, in Bugle.

The rate of pay is £ per hour.

Overtime is available at this site and paid at £ per hour.

Higher paying roles are available for those with previous Production Line Leader or Despatch Operative experience or equivalent.

The hours of work available are:

• - AM to
• - PM to
• - Nights 10pm to 6am

Your Time at Work

As a Food Production Operative, your duties will include:

• Loading products into machinery
• Placing products onto racks
• Moving product around the various process stages
• Working in a chilled environment
• Delivering excellent quality packed products safely and efficiently to meet our customers and technical standards
• Sealing products for packing
• Ensuring quality is maintained
• Supporting the delivery of key performance targets within your area, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to procedures
• Acting as a role model and demonstrating core company values, behaviors, and high-performance standards
• Providing cover for other areas

There will be an expectation to meet key targets in your area.

Our Perfect Worker

The ideal Production Operative will be comfortable handling raw meat and able to lift produce in excess of 5kg.

You should be positive, flexible, hardworking, and passionate about quality.

You will be able to follow instructions and procedures accurately and carry out physical tasks.

Basic English language skills are mandatory.

Experience as a Production or Warehouse Operative is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided.
