New Recruits is seeking Food Production Operatives to join our prestigious client based in Bicester.

Key Activities & Responsibilities

1. Achieve the daily/weekly food production plan, ensuring completion in full and on time.
2. Follow production recipes, systems, and procedures to maintain product quality, food safety, and legality.
3. Ensure all equipment checks are completed and cleaned during and after production. Proper care and safe use of all equipment are mandatory.
4. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock takes.
5. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene, following the “clean as you go” policy.
6. Ensure products are correctly labelled and rotated, adhering to first-in, first-out principles.
7. Accurately complete all production and technical paperwork.
8. Cook and mix large and small batches, involving manual stirring, mixing, and monitoring.
9. Handle allergens, raw, and cooked foods.
10. Tasks may involve lifting, bending, stretching, and standing.
11. Work in cold or hot production areas, possibly wearing full PPE provided by the company.
12. Be flexible with shift patterns as required.
13. Follow written and spoken instructions effectively.
14. Adhere to all Health and Safety requirements.
