You must have experience in food production to apply!

We are looking for a skilled Production Line Leader to join our fantastic client based in Telford. This is a very hands-on role where you will lead by example.

The rate of pay is GBP13.89 per hour.

This is a full-time role working rotating shifts on a weekly basis, and the hours of work are:
- Week 1, 6am to 2pm
- Week 2, 2pm to 10pm
This is a permanent position employed by our client.

Your Time at Work

As a Production Line Leader your main responsibility will be to supervise the operation and ensure safe working environments, ensuring customer demands are met. Other duties include:

- Ensure all members of the team follow both company and Health and Safety policies
- Manage the running of the production line to meet planned volume targets
- Ensure food safety requirements are fulfilled
- Complete paperwork and any associated administrative tasks related to the production line
- Give clear guidance and instructions to operators
