The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in a food production environment. This role involves managing production processes, ensuring efficiency, and leading a team to achieve operational goals. The Production First Line Manager will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality. This is a hands on role leading a small operational team from the front.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and adherence to schedules.
• Manage and train production staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor production output and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
