Key Duties & Responsibilities

• As a Food Production Assistant, you will support our kitchen area. Duties include:
• Preparing food trays and airline meal sets
• Conducting temperature and quality assurance checks
• Receiving, unpacking, and organising stock
• Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and safety protocols
• Working in a cold environment
• Heavy lifting (up to 25kg)
• Working with all types of meat and alcohol products

Pre-Employment Requirements (Due to CAA Regulations)

To work in this aviation role, all candidates must:

• Pass a Criminal Record Check (paid for by us)
• Provide a 5-year checkable work and address history (we assist with this)
• Hold valid, in-date photo ID (passport, driving licence, or ID card)
• Attend a paid Aviation Security Course
• Be eligible to work in the UK
