About the Role

Are you looking for a rewarding career in a team focused on traditional milling methods? You will receive full training to ensure the highest quality of product. This role is ideal for someone interested in food production and traditional skills, and may suit individuals with a background in hospitality.

The Job:

1. Operate and maintain traditional equipment
2. Ensure quality and efficiency
3. Follow safety and hygiene regulations
4. Work with the team to manage grain and flour stocks

The Candidate:

1. Experience within the agricultural industry is advantageous but not essential
2. Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving ability
3. Attention to detail and consistency
4. Good communication and teamwork skills
5. Awareness of safety standards (training provided)
6. Physically fit for manual tasks

The Package:

• Salary: £12.21 - £14.00 p/h
• Day Shift
• Hours: 40 - 50 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability
