We are seeking an experienced and proactive Food Operations Manager to lead the management of all food and beverage services across the Northampton Campus. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on operational management, ensuring that colleagues enjoy a high-quality dining experience while meeting the clients' standards for safety, sustainability, and wellbeing. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, managing vendor partnerships, and continuously enhancing the food service offering. You will play a key role in shaping a vibrant, engaging, and efficient food environment that aligns with our corporate values and campus objectives.
