Job summary

Griffith Foods is seeking a technical operator to join the manufacturing team in the UK. You will work alongside colleagues to operate and maintain processes, support the Team Leader, and drive continuous improvement across the department.

You will contribute to safe, compliant production, uphold hygiene standards and participate in changeovers and KPI delivery. Training and development opportunities are provided within a family-owned business with a global footprint.

• Stand in for Team Leader during planned absence
• Maintain safe, clean working environment and adhere to hygiene policy
• Improve department by sharing ideas and facilitating team activities
• Coordinate day-to-day delivery of the operational plan
• Identify and solve problems online and coordinate improvements
• Carry out changeovers and handovers to improve performance
• Understand KPIs and coordinate activities to deliver improvements
• Train others and share knowledge to maintain production standards
• Coordinate department projects and trials with colleagues
• Operate and maintain processes, complete documentation accurately
